Return Policy
- The return request must be made within 14 days of receipt.
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item shows no signs of use and is therefore unused.
- The item is in its original packaging.
- The item is not damaged.
2. Starting a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact us at Support@celiora.com. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted and the shipping return fees will be covered by the customer.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. If you report a defect after 14 days of receiving your package, we will not categorize it under 'defect' and will consider it as signs of usage.
Exchanges
Should you wish to exchange an item, the quickest method is to initiate a return for the item through our return process. Once the return is approved, you can proceed to make a separate purchase for the desired new item.
Refunds
After receiving and thoroughly examining your return, you will be informed of the status of your refund approval. Once approved, the refund will be initiated to your initial payment method within 14 business days. In certain cases your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and complete the refund. Please be aware that your refund will consist of your order amount minus the original shipping costs. Therefore, the shipping costs will not be refunded.
Costs (shipping + clearance)
The costs for returning an item from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. This also applies to customs clearance costs that are charged to us for receiving a return.

Be aware that it is necessary to send your package with a track & trace code. If your return does not reach us and you choose to send it without a track and trace code, unfortunately, we won't be able to assist you.
